Redeemer exists to know God, become like Jesus, and help others do the same. As we approach the Fall, we believe that God is calling us deeper into his story and the work of the Kingdom. Jesus says, “when you fast…” indicating that this should be a regular rhythm of the life of the Church, so as we launch our new mission statement we want to take time over the next 21 days to fast and seek God.

Fasting is abstaining from something that you physically want so you are drawn to deeper into what you spiritually need.

As you prepare for the fast, we have created a guide (linked below) to help you think through the types of fasts, how to focus on God, and how to support each other in community. We believe that through this time God will move powerfully in our midst as we join our hearts to his each day.
